Sí buscas un lugar céntrico, limpió, tranquilo y privado, es este. La ubicación es genial para ir a gran parte de los puntos turísticos de Barcelona, el barrio tiene restaurantes, supermercados y tiendas muy cerca, el metro y bus también, llegas caminando a Plaza Cataluña. Lovely, clean and airy apartment in a safe neighbourhood just a walk away for all the hustle and bustle of Barcelona. Cannot fault the location at all, close to shops, bars, restaurants & cafes, sights, transport links and a very local brewery bar (Garage Brew Co)! The apartment is clean but worn, has a very comfortable spacious double bed and good sized lounge / dining area, as well as cooking facilities. There is air-con, WIFI and a couple of TVs (mostly set to Spanish). Some of the reviews left for this apartment note it is ‘bare bones’, which I can see where the comment comes from but we were supplied with toilet roll, soap, mini shampoo and shower gel. Had to buy washing-up liquid, a sponge and more toilet roll, but other than that the supplies offered were decent and most welcomed. The hosts were very responsive to messages and met us at the apartment promptly, giving us maps of the area. There are some guide books in the cabinet under the main TV which were interesting. W

The facility was presented to us cleaned in an immaculate manner. The concerns we highlighted were immediately addresed. The location of the apartment is fantastic and in close proximity to Plaça Catalunya and walking distance/short-train ride from most major attractions in the city. We requested for an airport pick-up that was arranged efficiently. Highly recommend this spot.

Apparemment spacieux et très bien situé. L’hôte est très réactif et arrangeant (pour déposer les bagages par exemple). Je recommande l’appartement pour sa super location et la facilité pour communiquer avec l’hôte. (PS: n’oubliez pas de prévoir la city taxe)

The location is amazing. Right in the middle of everything. Close to the metro and tons of restaurants. The building is safe i.e. locked building entrance and then apartment door. Kitchen is nice and clean. The bathroom and shower are incredible although on a motion-sensing light which can turn off while you're in there. Overall would stay there again.

Place was great for our stay in Barcelona. Kitchen is pretty bare bones than most airbnbs so don't plan on cooking for yourself much, but it's hardly an issue with the amazing restaurants in the vicinity. Location was incredibly convenient, university plaza was a great home base. All the transportation you need within 5 mins. AC blows cold and wifi was strong

We stayed here for 1 night before heading to ABaC hotel for the rest of our trip. There is an elevator, but I wish I had known how to work it on the first day rather than climbing up the stairs. It's not like our basic elevators in the US, but very common in Spain. I now recall my host mom's place having one, from a study abroad more than 10 years ago. The host explained how to use it and we didn't have any problems with it after that. The place is beautifully and tastefully decorated. It has a modern and minimalist vibe in its decor. I can't comment on the kitchen as we didn't use it except for the refrigerator and glassware. The restroom has an annoying timer light. I say annoying because when we took a shower, the light would go off and if you're in the shower, it doesn't sense you. I had to call my husband in to tu

Mireia é muito simpática e seu apartamento é muito aconchegante, limpo e organizado. Próximo à estação de metrô Universitat que leva a qualquer ponto da cidade. Tem restaurantes, cafeterias, mercados e lojas a poucos passos. Sem duvida iremos recomendar e indicar seu apartamento. Obrigado!

My fiance and I had a wonderful time at the apartment. It is a couple of blocks away from the metro as well as where the bus drops you off from Barcelona airport. We were right in the heart of the city, close to shops and many restaurants. Would highly recommend!

Mireia and Maria's place is located in a great area close to restaurants, supermarkets, and the city center. The place is an easy Taxi ride from the airport, and even better there is an Enterprise rental car right around the corner; I literally walked there to pick up a car. I recommend this place for its location, check-in process, and confort. Last but not least, Ana was wonderful, and helpful when checking in.

Great location in the heart of Barcelona. Convenient to all public transportation and the Aerobus to the airport. Wonderful restaurants within walking distance. There were several markets nearby although we didn't do any cooking at the apartment which was clean with modern kitchen appliances. Would stay here again.

Great location, comfortable apartment. Good choice of bars, cafes & restaurants nearby & close to plenty of the main areas/ sights. Earlier check-in was possible, thanks to Alexandra meeting us. We were also able to leave our luggage at the office after checking out enabling us to enjoy our last day fully.

This place is great, beautiful flat with lots of space and sunlight. I appreciated Alexandra's recommendations for places to eat, they were some of the best restaurants we ate it. She was also very fast to respond to questions and helped us get around the city. Had a great stay here and I would recommend it to anyone.

My husband I stayed here for 4 nights for our first trip to Barcelona and it was exactly what we needed. The residence was comfortable and clean. It’s an easy walk to the Las Ramblas and Raval neighborhoods (5-10 min) and just a little further - but still very easy - to El Gotic (15 min). We had an early arrival and were able to drop our bags off before we went and explored. The woman who handled the check-in (Alexandra) provided some great local recommendations for things to do and places to eat. Definitely recommend!

Great location in Barcelona, convenient to the metro, busses and airport transportation (Aerobes). Also wonderful restaurants within walking distance. The apartment was comfortable and modern. We didn't use the kitchen facilities which were modern and well kept and the bathroom was also well kept (one of the lights kept flickering). Alexandra was very accommodating, meeting us at the bus stop, walking with us to the apartment and showing us where all the city attractions were on a map. Overall a wonderful experience.

Our stay was good. The place fit our needs, but could really benefit from a coat of paint and minor touch-ups. The remotes were kind of gross, and the couches could use a deep cleaning, but otherwise the place was in good order. The floors were really well cleaned and the sheets were nice and white. Really spacious kitchen. The location is convenient, but gets loud at night. We were woken up every night by something, but it was never consistent noise. Probably unavoidable in a good location in Barcelona. Good walking distance to lots of great restaurants and sights. Phone was stolen sitting at a restaurant right outside the apartment by a pick-pocketer so be careful! Seemed like a safe street, so I don’t think that’s common, but something to be aware of. No fault of the apartment owner. Check-in process was fine. Talked to Alexandra on the phone upon check-in and she was very helpful.

Paula checked us in. She was above and beyond. Very hospitable and gave us plenty tips on exploring Barcelona. The apartment was cozy, clean, and conveniently located near transit stations, shopping, and restaurants. I have no complaints whatsoever. When I come back I will definitely stay in this place again and I definitely recommend the host to others. Thank you Mireia, Maria and Paula :) for topping off my Barcelona experience!!

Great location to everything you want to visit. Elevator is lovely after a long days walk. There is space to relax on couch and have separate sleeping room. Hustle and bustle of city is at your door step. The cooking area is perfect, yet the restaurants and bars are steps away. Why would you cook? Thank you to Alexandra for all her noteworthy advice. Be back when the Sagrada is complete.

The apartment worked really well for our needs. We like the luxury of its modern amenities. While the apartment is small, there was more than enough space for my partner and I. We chose to stay here because it is in the gayborhood, and while we enjoyed the comfort of feeling safe, it was a bit of long walking distance from most landmarks like the Sagrada Familia and Casa Mila. Bus a mere 4 blocks away took us straight to Güell Park.

Everything was OK. The flat has a good location (2 minutes to Universitat station and 10 minutes walk to plaça Catalunya). The flat is small but well furnished and well equiped (notably, the matelas xas confortable). We were also kindly provided with a bed for our baby. We recommend this place !

Appartement très bien situé, propre et fonctionnel. Nous avons presque tout visité à pieds, sinon pour la sagrada familia et le park Guell la station métro et a 3min de l´appart. Un très bon accueil a notre arrivé avec de bonnes explications pour les visites à faire. Je recommande vivement cette adresse!

Everything was wonderful. The only snag is that we were given pots that were not compatible with the stop top and it took a while and a visit from the very patient Alexandra to solve this. Also, the drain in the shower was clogged, so showering was unpleasant. Otherwise, with these minor corrections, I would stay there again. Gracias.
